1.2. Paid Plans: You may get a refund if you are on a paid plan, but only if you meet the rules below.
2. When a Refund is Possible
2.1. Valid Reasons: You may get a refund if there is a good reason (like a service problem).
2.2. Request Time: You must email us within 3 days of starting or renewing your plan.
2.3. How Much: You will get money back only for the unused days.
2.4. How It Works: We will send your refund in 3 business days to the card or method you used to pay.
3. When You Can’t Get a Refund
3.1. Change of Mind: If you just change your mind, we cannot give a refund.
3.2. Breaking Rules: If you break our Terms of Use, you cannot get a refund.
3.3. Unused Features: If you didn’t use part of your plan, you still can’t get money back for that.
